1 cup of frozen berries, 1 scoop of protein powder, a splash of almond milk (or any other dairy-free beverage) and your favorite add-in superfoods. We love hemp hearts, chia seeds, goji berries, flaxseed, dark chocolate chips, maca powder and shredded coconut.
Optional: Add 1/2 cup of coconut yogurt.
Combine frozen berries, protein powder, coconut yogurt (optional) and a bit of liquid in a high speed blend. Continue to add liquid slowly to ensure you get a creamy consistency.
Pour it into a bowl and add toppings. Enjoy it with a big spoon!
