1 cup of frozen fruit, 1 scoop of protein powder, some almond milk (or other dairy-free beverage) and your favorite add-in superfoods. I love hemp hearts, chia seeds, goji berries and shredded coconut.
Combine frozen berries, protein powder and a bit of liquid in a high speed blend. Continue to add liquid slowly to ensure you get a creamy consistency.
Pour it into a bowl and add toppings. Enjoy it with a big spoon!
