How does the 30-Day Online Weight Loss Program work?

Once you sign up, you will receive an email confirmation. A few days before the start date you will be invited into the closed Facebook Group where you will receive your workouts, nutrition plan and plenty of online support from Laura and the other program participants.

I’m not a fitness competitor. How will I keep up?

The full-body workouts are designed for all levels. The program incorporates your own body weight, dumbbells, a resistance band and a stability ball to help you develop core strength, shed unwanted body fat and increase lean muscle mass. If you are a beginner, start with 3 workouts per week (with a rest day in between). If you are advanced, try doing the 3 workouts twice for a total of 6 workouts per week (take one rest day after you’ve completed 3 workouts in a row). You can increase the intensity by adding more resistance, decreasing your rest time, doing more reps or circuits.

 What if I don’t have a gym membership?

No problem! The 30-day plan is ideal for busy women on-the-go. The idea behind the program is to make it easy for you to fit in your daily workouts, while getting the support you need to stay on track. Complete the program at home, on vacation, at the gym or wherever you choose!

Will I get bulky?

No. In fact, just the opposite! This fat burning program will help you shed unwanted body fat and tone your muscles while improving your muscular strength and cardio. By using high rep training with very little rest, you will become a fat burning machine!

Does the nutrition plan accommodate special dietary needs?

The purpose of the nutrition plan is to empower you to make healthy choices. It’s not a diet! You will be given a wide variety of recommended foods to choose from. And you won’t feel restricted because you will be choosing what to eat!

Am I required to purchase supplements?

No, you are not required to purchase supplements for the 30-day program. However, to achieve the best results possible and invest in your health long-term, Laura recommends Isagenix products.

How does the Cleansing and Fat Burning System work?

The 30 day Cleansing and Fat burning system will enhance your weight loss efforts by ridding your body of harmful toxins while adding nutrients in the form of delicious meal replacement shakes. If you choose to purchase the Isagenix products, you will receive the 30-day program for free!

What if I don’t know how to do an exercise?

To ensure you feel comfortable with the program, Laura provides links to videos and/or photos of each exercise that she gives you. You are also encouraged to message her or chat with other women in the program using the exclusive Facebook Group that has been set up for the 30-Day Online Weight Loss Program.

What if I have an injury or feel pain during a particular exercise?

The program is intended to give you a full body workout. However, there may be some exercises that just don’t agree with you. If this occurs, we encourage you to simply move on to the next exercise. No worries, we hit every major muscle group in each workout so chances are you’ll find a better option next time.

In most of the workouts we provide a modified version or lower impact exercise to accommodate common issues such as knee problems. Feel free to switch up the exercises to suit your individual needs.

What’s the best time of day to workout?

We suggest working out first thing in the morning. It’s a great way to start the day and that way you don’t have to worry about fitting it in later when your schedule gets hectic. But the best part about this program is the flexibility. We’ve created a fail-proof plan that you can do when you want, where you want!
